Job Description

Develop a strong performance marketing strategy

Create, manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns/ads on multiple platforms including but not limited to Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube

Manage budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CPL, CPS, etc.

Identify and test new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics

Integrate emerging platforms and technologies into the creative and production processes

Conduct A/B and multivariate experiments

Measure and report performance of campaigns, assess against goals (ROI and KPIs), and take timely actions to maximize output

Collaborate with content and design teams to improve landing pages and optimize the user experience

Duties and Responsibilities

Proven expertise in managing and optimizing ad campaigns end-to-end across various platforms, especially Google and Facebook.

Ability to do A/B testing, carry out experiments, and derive insights on a regular basis

Good understanding of various ad formats, landing pages, marketing collaterals, etc. to optimize KPIs

Proficient in carrying out quick analyses to figure out what’s going wrong and how to fix issues.

Highly pro-active in terms of researching new features/strategies and coming up with suitable recommendations.

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Research-oriented and data-oriented

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Experience & Qualifications

5 – 7 years

UG: Any graduate
