INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE

Job Profile:

* To handle basic level of customer queries related to online courses through Calls/Chat/E-Mail. (Blended Process)

* NON- Technical Profile

* Salary – 25K-35K CTC + 4-10K Incentives Per Month

* Responsible for dealing with International Learners.

Key Requirements:

* Must have excellent spoken & written communication skills in English.

* Good Analytical Skills

* UK shift- 1:00 pm to 10:30 pm (No Cabs)

* 5 Days working

* Experience with the Blended will be an added advantage.

* During pandemic we are encouraging work from home, the selected candidates should have there system working, and good wifi speed. We will need at-least 6 months of work commitment as it will be virtual hiring.

Experience Required – At least 1 years exp into International Voice process/chat/email
