Negotiate various types of contracts etc. Accountable for Revenues, Margins and to build a successful and sustainable Business.Duties and responsibilities1. Experience & Knowledge in sales and business development in IT & E-waste Management.
2. Expertise in new avenues & driving growth activities; exposure in Product. Go to the Market, Planning & Rollout.
3. Formulating business strategies and strategic utilization and deployment of available resources to achieve organizational business objectives.
4. People Management, Prospecting, New Business Acquisition, Account Management, Consultative Selling, Pricing Negotiations and Decisions,5. Technical knowledge of Product refurbish and quality check and services with Process Definition & Implementation.
6. Collaborate with the supporting team and ensure they are equipped with skills in line with the business objectives7. Vendor Management.9. Knowledge about media destruction, Degaussing, Mechanical destruction etc.10. Involve in the entire marketing and sales cycle right from prospecting, lead generation, demonstration, negotiation till the closure of the deal.
11. Negotiated price and contract terms and prepare sales contracts.
Manage customer relationship and handle customer issues.
12. Follow up with the existing clients for the payments, up selling and cross selling and catering to their queries pertaining to the solution, documentation, demonstration etc.13. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.Profile requirements -2years of business development/Channel sales experience preferably from IT/ITES industry with 2 years experience in Sales. Abreast knowledge of the latest developments, technologies and trends of the IT Industry. Good existing clientele including Govt., Enterprises, Pvt.& Public sectors with strong contacts in OEMs would be preferred.Skills Required Communication & Interpersonal Skills Collaboration Skills Negotiation & Persuasion skills Research & Strategy Business Intelligence Project Management Skills High competency working with basic computer tasks, Microsoft Office & CRM Software.Qualifications Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Applications or a related field.Master’s in Marketing will be preferred.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: From INR500,000.00 per yearBenefits:
