Minimum Qualification – Minimum CA Inter/ MBA Finance/ CA/ MCOM

Minimum Experience – 8 years preferably related to Automobile Industry business

Key Responsibility:

Accounting / Book Keeping: Ensuring recording of day to day transactions as per prevailing accounting standards and relevant company laws.

2. Budgetary control: Quarterly/ half yearly or annual budget forecast.

Variance analysis should be done on monthly basis and corrective measures needs to be implemented if required.

3. Analysing performance and MIS : Preparation & circulation of following reports on monthly basis: a. Monthly Business Performance Reports for Sales and Service along with comparisons to understand dealership’s performance & growth

b. Stock report with detailed ageing analysis

c. Calculation of Target Achievement and incentives earned during the month including commissions and other payouts

d. Receivables and vendor payments

e. Monthly Profit & Loss statement, Cash Flow fund Flow Statement & Balance sheet

4. Working capital management: Assess and Manage fund requirement, arrange for INF limits and other modes of finances as per dealerships requirement

5. Claim Settlement: Claims requisition and reconciliation

6. Statutory Compliance:

Ensure dealer compliance of all the statutory requirements

` Manage interactions with all Govt. Agencies & Departments e.g. Administrative, Labour and Revenue departments e.g. Direct & Indirect taxation, Labour, Municipality, Police, RTO etc.

7. Audit & Finalization of books of accounts Dealerships Balance sheet, P&L, Cash Flow Fund Flow statement
