Job Overview:
The Civil Trainer is responsible for providing training and development in civil engineering concepts, practices, and technologies to students as well as faculties. This role involves creating training materials, conducting sessions, assessing progress, and ensuring trainees gain the skills and knowledge necessary for success in the civil engineering field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver training programs on civil engineering topics, including construction, surveying, structural design, materials, and safety standards.
• Conduct both classroom and hands-on training sessions, utilizing a range of teaching methods .
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to ensure training content remains current and relevant.
• Prepare and maintain training materials, manuals, and resources.
• Organize workshops, seminars, and site visits to provide real-world exposure to trainees.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to create engaging training materials and conduct effective training sessions.
• Knowledge of current industry trends, technologies, and regulations.
• Prior teaching or training experience is preferred.

Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices.
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and accessible manner.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in training software, project management tools, and engineering design software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?300,000.00 per year
