Job Purpose

Sampling as per sampling guidelines.

Testing as per test guidelines and specification list.

Job Responsibilities

• Sampling as per sampling guidelines
• Testing as per test guidelines and specification list
• Recording data in RM / FG register (hard copy) and RM/FG analysis register (soft copy)
• Maintaining GRN register entries
• Maintaining COAs & send to customers timely.
• Inputs for updating process
• Preparation of standard solutions and verification
• Preparation of required bath solutions.
• Recording data of standardization and verification
• Daily, weekly calibration and/ or verification of pH meter, other related instruments, and equipment. Maintenance of breakdown register, calibration, waste generation record and disposal, maintaining QMS/EMS related documents.
• Daily weekly starts up and shut down of instruments and equipment
• Storing of RM samples as per sample preservation plan
• Disposal of RM samples
• To handle emergency
• Maintaining and taking stock takes of glass wares and chemicals
• Maintaining the ISO systems
• Customer complaint sample testing
