Job Description

4+ years of experience in automotive, avionics, health and other electronics field.

Good understanding on Requirements analysis (Customer Requirement, Technical Requirement, Functional /Product Requirement), Traceability Matrix, Planning, Scheduling, Budget management, Negotiation skills, Stakeholders management, Risk management and product reliability testings.

Working closely with customer counterparts and understanding their requirement and adhering to Quality, Cost and Delivery milestones.

Proficient in English communication. Knowledge in German language will be added advantages.

Good experience in Ms office (Ms project, Excel, PowerPoint, Ms Word…)

Basic understanding on PCB, electronics components, metal/plastic housing, sealing materials and connectors. Capable to read and understand the design documents.

Know how of Thermal, Mechanical, Climatic, Environmental, Chemical test, Ingress Protection test cases and its impact on product.

Experience in Product validation testing with respect to Military standard, ISO/DIN standard, Customer standards (GM, Nissan, …etc).

Hands on experience in drafting protocols, testing data analysis and report writing.

Knowledge on Problem solving, Failure investigation, root cause analysis techniques (8D, 5 Why…)

Know how of ISO 17025 process and requirements.

Microscopic analysis of PCB, components and solder joints. Cross sectional analysis, Whisker analysis.

Hands on experience on Electronics component and PCB technology, ESD.

Experience in IPC standard and PCB manufacturing and microscopic analysis.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills (8D/ root cause analysis), high motivation, and a strong work ethic so you will be able to work independently once trained.

Knowledge in SEM, FTRI, ICP, X-ray will be added advantages.

Qualifications

BE / B. Tech Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Automobile or relevant domains.
