We are currently looking for an executive assistant to be the supportive force that empowers our senior leadership. The ideal person for the job will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and a meticulous attention to detail.Your responsibilities:Manage professional and personal scheduling for senior executive, including agendas, mail, email, calls, travel arrangements, client management,.Coordinate complex scheduling and extensive calendar management, as well as management of content and flow of information to senior executivesMaintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the businessOrganize team communications and plan events, both internally and offsiteProvide support to the executive team as directed to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished, and operations run efficiently.Maintain and refine internal processes that support to the highest ranking executives company-wide, coordinating internal and external resources to expedite workflowManage communication between upper management and employees, liaising with internal and external executives on various projects and tasks.Assist Director on special projects and help deliver on strategic, short term, and operational outcomes.Coordinate effectively to deliver reports and presentation on time and accurately for Board meetings, review and strategy meetingsPrepare month and annual project reports.Take minutes during meetings.Skill sets/Experience we require:6+ years’ experience in administrative role reporting directly to upper managementSuperb written and verbal communication skillsStrong time-management skills and the ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects at onceProficiency in Microsoft Office( Presentation, Excel & Word) and other office productivity tools, with aptitude to learn new software and systemsFlexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challengePedigree:Master’s Degree in management from a recognized B school is preferred.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹800,000.00 – ₹1,200,000.00 per yearBenefits:Cell phone reimbursementFlexible scheduleFood providedHealth insurancePaid sick timePaid time offProvident FundSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental pay types:Performance bonusEducation:Bachelor’s (Required)Experience:total work: 5 years (Required)Speak with the employer+91 9606083338Application Deadline: 31/05/2023Expected Start Date: 01/06/2023
