JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Improve Sales in the assigned region.

• Appointment of Super stockist and Distributors.

• Handling Subordinates and motivating them to perform in order to achieve the target.

• Manage Territory and individual performances

• Appointment of Distributors and expanding retail network.

• Responsible for achieving the target of the sales team in the assigned region.

• Handling Subordinates and motivating them to perform in order to achieve the target.

• Prepare an action plan to complete the remaining target(If)

• Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility.

• Determine long and short term sales goal

• Prepare a performance report on a quarterly basis for the subordinates.

• Mentor Sales Representatives and other Salespersons.

• Resolve customer complaints and service issues.

• Prepare an overall Sales performance report and submit them to senior management.

• Communicating with store managers to determine their needs.

• Communicating with the in-store management and marketing team in order to promote the company’s products.

• Maintaining a good relationship with distributors, vendors and business partners.

• Assisting in hiring, training and development of new sales members.

• Staying up to date on various market trends and sales analyses.

Job’s Requirement

• 10 Years of Experience in Sales (FMCG Industries)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: ₹1,000,000.00 – ₹1,200,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Field sales: 10 years (Preferred)
• FMCG Industries: 10 years (Preferred)
