CRM Specialist will be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of CRM for Actuation Technologies. The job responsibilities include:
Collaborate with business team to gather and document requirements for CRM Implementation across the organization.
Plan and Implement CRM across the organization to increase the sales opportunities.
Maintain the Data in CRM, make sure that data are maintained accurately.
Responsible for CRM Data Governance including data standard, data audit, user access rights, reporting and analytics.
Understand key existing and new customers, end users, industry trends and supports world area sales growth by giving qualitative and quantitative analytics.
Creates reports based on the need from Global Sales Organization.
Shares the region’s latest project status, customer relationship metrics, statistics and trends.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Bachelor’s degree in an Analytical Field (Management Information Systems, Maths, Data Analytics, Economics, Statistics etc.,).
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a CRM / Salesforce / Data Management.
Strong mathematical skills to analyze reports and work with large data sets.
Highly Organized Skill to meet the high demand from Sales, Product Team and Management.
Strong oral and written communication skills – Must have the ability to effectively communicate clearly and concisely.
