Job Responsibility:

Maintaining Clean backlog with timely action on Delivery ext., Changes in order, & Order cancellation

Broad Knowledge of Contract Review (Order processing as per Customer PO).

Preparing Quotations per customer’s request

Date Management

Sending OA to customer on time

Aligning Planning date, Promised date and original Promised date as per guidelines.

procedures and processes for the first level of problem determined

Identify the root cause and implement new process plan to improve service level.

Coordinating with customer to Prepone/Postponed the delivery and aligning the planning delivery date as per Perfect Execution guidelines

Daily dispatch planning

ITC screening for Dispatch and Follow-up with Customers to get all required clearances as per PO to ensure Sales as per Plan.

Sales return – Complete process on receipt of material.

Expedition activity for Express, VIB/Key account and LD orders with close coordination with Planning, Procurement and Operation

Attending customer & Region mail and call on daily basis.

Delivery status updating to customers and Regions with close coordination with Planning, Procurement and Operation

Coordination for Customer Visit & Inspection arrangement

Customer Unrestricted orders review on weekly basis

Diversion action to reduce /Optimize FG
