Job Summary: Join our team as a Senior Engineer/ Assistant Manager – Application Engineering and use your engineering skills and Fisher Software to design and select the best product for our clients. You will also prepare and respond to techno-commercial offers and technical queries.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• To coordinate with the sales team or project pursuit to attend to the enquiries from customers and provide them with timely and accurate information.

• To prepare techno-commercial offers that meet the customer’s requirements and expectations, as well as the company’s standards and policies.

• To handle a key account customer and maintain a strong relationship with them, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

• To assist the sales team in resolving technical queries and providing them with the necessary support and guidance in both enquiry and post order stage.

• To obtain and review post order documentation approval from the customer and ensure its compliance with the contract terms and conditions.

• To maintain a good company image of professionalism, competency, efficiency and concern for customers and representatives.

Who You Are:

• You follow through on commitments and make sure others do the same identify opportunities that benefit the customer, display a can-do attitude in good and bad times.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Experience in the control valve industry (required).

• A degree in engineering or related field with hands on knowledge and experience of control valves sizing & selection.

• Good communication skills and ability to engage with various parts of the business to achieve goals;

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Creating portfolios as evidence for your competency element as part of structured continued further education in mechanical engineering;

• Awareness of internal and industry standards as related to position responsibility (preferred).
