English School of London Hiring For Social Media Executive at Delhi, Delhi Full Time

We are looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious and driven social media intern to support a range of online content delivery and customer engagement. This position is ideal for anyone who has a passion for social media to gain a strong footing in the digital media/education industry and gain a wealth of experience in the process.

1. About you

A social media addict with a great eye for detail, quality output and impeccable spelling/grammar. Please note – You don’t have to have any professional/career experience for this role, we are interested in quality of output rather than qualification.

You must have a detailed understanding of all social media platforms and their capabilities, especially Instagram / Instagram reels, YT shorts and Facebook.

This role is initially an internship but it is very typical for individuals who excel at an intern level to be offered a fast track progression through the company into a full time position.

2. About the role

• Create a monthly content calendar for social media platforms and ensure it is fully compliant in line with market’s demands
• Develop and implement social media content strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
• Manage all social media channels for posts such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn Twitter, YouTube, etc.
• Ownership of weekly customer engagement with online contests/posts/quizzes/giveaways/wizard of the day/blogger of the day) with the main focus of including CTAs
• Reporting on campaign results on a weekly basis, preparing monthly reports
• Conceptualising content ideas
• Social media pages housekeeping
• Online audience interaction / customer comments
• Successful candidates will be required to compile some example social media content using online rsources before being asked to the interview phase.

3. Role profile/Responsibilities

• Overseeing the scheduling of social media posts for student engagement
• Communicating daily with comments to understand requirements, process any feedback, and deliver outputs
• Coordinating with content specialist to ensure posts go out with all of the correct information, on time and that meet our standard of quality
• Overseeing and manage all contests, giveaways, etc.
• Conducting keyword research and upload it on all channels with the posts
• Support the management and implementation of the organic social media strategy across Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook
• Monitoring and nurturing engagement within the ESOL social community
• Driving outward engagement with wider community, joining relevant conversations with individuals, groups and causes
• Assisting with copywriting and content creation
• Educating social audience about ESOL, the community, the app and member experience, coming up with new ideas to tell this story

2. Main Accountabilities

Subject Expert:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field.
• A minimum of 1 year experience in a digital marketing position.
• In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
• Supports on the development and implementation for the school’s website and SEO strategy.
• Provides expertise and practical support to the DOS and Sales Manager with data on website content and performance.
• Supports the Sales Manager and Sales Specialists in creating landing pages with high user to purchase and/or lead conversion.
• Ensures the implementation of promotional campaigns on time.
• Evaluates analytics results to measure the performance of post boosts.
• Stays up to date on trends around digital marketing, Google search algorithms, SEO tactics, new vendors and product capabilities.
