• Ability to analyze user requirements, validate available data, propose a usable design, develop, test and deploy

• Experience in end to end development of a new set of reports, dashboards & KPI Scorecards

• Data blending to create views combining data from multiple data sources

• Understanding and implementing best practices of data visualization

• Excellent communication, presentation and Analytical skills

• Strong database Fundamentals and SQL, PLSQL experience

• Strong experience in advanced SQL, query optimization and performance improvements

• Power BI, Tableau, SFDC Einstein Analytics, QlikSense, Qlikview, OBIEE, SAP Analytics Cloud, Kibana etc.,

• Knowledge of ETL and any other BI tools

• Should have hands on experience in data modeling concepts and implementation

• Should have knowledge in programming

• Ability to work independently and should be able to help junior resources

• Certification in any of the BI tool would be an added advantage.

• Contributing to your Department by

• Documenting your learnings from the current work to produce an artifact such as an internal Wiki, a blog or a best practices document

• Actively participating in Department level group activities and events related to learning, formal training, interviewing, special projects, knowledge sharing etc.

Required

• Bachelor’s Degree

• 2-5 years relevant experience

• Must have atleast 3+ years of experience in IBM Cognos Analytics

• Should have excellent experience in SQL and stored procedures.

Preferred

• Knowledge of ETL and any other BI tools

• Programming knowledge

• Certification in any of the BI tool would be an added advantage.
