We are looking for ideal candidates for a chat support system of an automobile company based out of USA.
- Work timings – Night
- Work Location – Kochi
Candidates must have
- Strong communication skills – written and verbal
- Adequate typing speed
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Ability to build rapport with the customers
- Knowledge of automotive sector (nice to have)
Responsibilities of the proposed role:
- Handle incoming tech-support chats and inquiries
- Provide accurate information to customers
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving support issues that comes up
Qualification – Any degree/diploma
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From ₹15,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Rotational shift
