Receipt Centre

• Receipt of Material from supplier, PC
• Verification of physical material as per documents
• Un-packing of material & check for transit issues like damage, missing etc..
• Preparation of GRN for incoming material
• Ensure preservation of received parts
• Preparation of GON for sub-contracting material
• Preparation of e-Waybill
• Return and claim handling

Warehouse

• Put-away / Binning of material on daily basis
• Location Updation is system for tracking
• Documents handover to accounts for booking
• Cycle count / stocktaking
• Inventory reporting
• Material picking as per picking list from assembly team
• Preparation of kitting trolleys for material issuance to assembly line
• Shortage declaration to all concerned team
• Daily report for receipt, put-away & picking lines
• MIS & reporting
• Documents & Record maintenance
• IMS
• Ensure safe working at warehouse
• Other responsibilities / project as when allotted

Mission:
You will have to work in close co-operation with assembly and sourcing team, as well as with the external service providers (third party logistics & transport companies) in a time critical environment.

Experience requirements:

• The person should have 8 to 10 years of experience in warehouse / supply chain.
• He/she should have good exposure to ERP systems (M3/BPCS/SAP).

Knowledge requirements:

• Basic concepts of warehousing activities
• Expert in using Microsoft Office tools
• Knowledge of taxes and other legal rules

Educational requirements:

• Graduate / Diploma in Engineering with good communication skills and experience

Personality requirements:

• Dynamic person who will work as a very good leader and team member
• Highly customer oriented and pro-active.
• Having analytical and methodical approach
• Good communicator, self–motivated
