Title: Accounts Assistant
The role of Accounts Assistant will be Preparing monthly/quarterly VAT returns – if required, Purchase ledger, Sales ledger, Bank reconciliation, Preparation of quarterly Management Accounts and supporting schedules if required, Balance and maintain accurate ledgers, Maintain Bank postings and reconciliations, Prepared final accounts and tax returns if required. To be successful in this role, you should have accounting expertise, strong analytical skills, and be able to work well in a team environment.
Tasks/Responsibilities:
· Prepared, emailed, and discuss queries with the UK-based clients directly or with the Head of the accountant
· Liaise with the client for any further information and explanations
· Regular Dealing with UK Clients for all Queries
· Ensuring payments, amounts, and records are correct
· Assist senior in preparation of final accounts and tax returns
· Familiar with MS outlook and MS-Office (Good in MS-Excel)
· Logical Thinking
· Time Management
· Monitor client expenses and general data posting where required
Qualifications:
· Educational qualification requires a minimum of Bachelor’s in Commerce, Part Qualified ACCA, CA, or related field of study
· Minimum 6 months of Experience in UK Accounting
· Strong quantitative and analytics background
· Hands-on experience with software such as Xero is a plus
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Result-oriented and collaborative

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
