Job Description

The candidate will work for Wholesale Payment Technology application in CCM Technology India.
Role: Business Analyst + Scrum Master + Project Management
@ Business Analyst

• Gather requirements from the Product Owner and end users
• Write function specifications and ensure proper documentation of requirements, process mapping and workflow diagramming.
• Functional specification walk through with stakeholders
• Business usecase mapping to application framework
• Fuctional testing for Major/Critical projects
• Document business rules, feasibility studies, and impact analysis

@ Scrum Master
– Managing Agile Teams – Sprint planning

• Handling daily stand-up, coordinate between tech team with application partner teams.
• Create backlog with user-story, jira assignment and its dependency
• Write user stories and confirm the understanding with the developers.
• Sprint Demo arrangement with stakeholders

@ Project Management

• Cross Impact system engagement
• Coordinate with multiple technical teams to deliver the project
• Tracking project timelines and status reporting
• Comply with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines

@ Mandatory skills

• Good communication skills and should be comfortable for users/stakeholder discussion at various levels.
• Good understanding of SDLC and experience in functional specification
• Should be capable to work with Finance team, Project Team and Delivery team for project requirements till implementation.
• General banking knowledge and work experience in banking industry.
