Job Description:

• Manage and maintain the company’s material and stocked product inventory including stock profiles and stock locations
• Ensure that goods inward / stock control department is well organised and controlled to sufficiently support production and the goals of the business.
• Handling and updating Inventory & Stock Movement for Goods, and Assets of the company.
• Physical checking of stock and stock movement
• Daily checking and verifying and Raising flags on production, sales department for any discrepancies.
• Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
• Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
• Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
• Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned
• Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports – Inventory, Expenses, etc.
• Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly GST, TDS, TCS and statutory tax closings
• Ability to travel to locations of Inventory, or for any Accounts related work.
• Banking transaction knowledge.
• Support the Administration related activities.
