• Ability to sort out details.
• Managing work flow.
• Creating & managing team schedules.
• Reporting to HR & senior management.
• Evaluating performance & providing feedback.
• Taking timely reports from field executives and uploading them.
• Follow up with field executives and office executives for proper work flow.
• Maintain timelines.
• Work as an educator and coach at times.
• Set clear purpose, goals and expectations for the team.
• Track how team members spend their time.

SKILLS

• Good communication skills both written and verbal.
• Should be smart enough to tackle FE & OE and maintain TAT.
• Must find ways to get the work done in the specified time period.
• Must have administrative qualities.
• Good knowledge of computer, M.S. office, portals, etc.
• Must have interpersonal skills, adaptability, conflict resolution and mentor ship.

Job Types: Full-time, Walk-In

Salary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
