Experience: Minimum 1 year in customer handling

Languages known: Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, Hindi, English

Employees should have their own Laptop & Internet (8 GB Ram, Intel Processor, Windows 10)

Open to work in rotating shifts which includes night shifts in a 24×7 work environment.

• Resolve customer queries on chats and e-mails And voice, complaints, problems and transactions coherent with agreed service standards and EUROP ASSISTANCE policies

• Register cases in the system within Activation SLA and co-ordinate with ASP’s to ensure service delivery within stipulated SLA ‘s towards Road Side Assistance
