We are seeking a Junior Proposal Writer to join our government division, who is located in or near the Hyderabad location. This is a full-time position working fully remotely, and working directly with leadership in the US.

To be successful as a Junior Proposal Writer, you should be articulate, have excellent written communication skills, and be able to work under pressure to meet demanding deadlines. Ultimately, a top-notch Proposal Writer should be consistent, detail-oriented, and able to write in a factual, convincing manner.

Education and Experience:
Responsible for writing proposals, ensuring compliance with all requests for proposals (RFPs) requirements

Analyzes the RFPs and develop compliance matrices as guidelines for proposal evaluation

Organize the proposal according to requirements

Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in English, Communications, Marketing, or a technical discipline

Minimum two years’ experience in proposal writing

Must have experience in state & federal contracting proposal writing

Experience in generating complete RFPs and RFIs

Experience in responding to RFPs, RFQs, and government inquiries about company’s capabilities
