Evonik Hiring for Scientists – Formulation Development at Mumbai Full Time

• Conduct formulations experiments.
• Troubleshoot technical problems related to the manufacturing processes and formulations independently, in order to meet the project goals.
• Guide fellow scientists and trainees on technical matters.
• Communicate with the project manager(s) and other stakeholders on technical matters
• Present technical data with due consideration to the basics of project management and connect with the overall technical and business goal.
• Send inhouse samples for analysis to analytical department.
• Document the experiment completely on time. Load batches for stability studies & document the same.
• Preparation of bio batch & all documents related to the same. Prepare trial reports & and other documents related to the project.
• Material destruction coordination within RCI for destruction of experimental materials quarterly with due documentation in place.
• Play active role in experimental data generation aiming at protection of IP for the organization.
• Update project specific technical details in Accolade system periodically.
• Generate new technical ideas of business relevance.
• Execution and reporting of additional administrative KRAs as assigned.

• Master’s in pharmacy or equivalent, with minimum 06 months of experience in carrying out formulation development and administrative activities in lab.
• Additional skills and abilities required for this position: Good communication skills, knowledge about the basics of project management.

• Sound technical knowledge related to the oral drug delivery domain.
• Others (if required by the position): Good analytical skills to help troubleshoot the technical problems encountered during project execution.
