Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Assist in preparing, reviewing and drafting legal documents and contracts.
- Support the company secretary in ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Aid in maintaining and updating company records, including board minutes and resolutions.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating board meetings, AGMs and committee meetings.
- Assist in managing communication with stakeholders, shareholders, and regulatory bodies.
- Stay updated on changes in corporate laws and regulations that impact the organization.
- Conduct legal research and prepare summaries for various legal matters.
