- Ensure proper grooming. Ensuring kitchen is always clean.
- Ensuring food safety guidelines are always followed .
- Ensure all the equipment’s are properly cleaned on daily basis.
- Follow proper recipes to ensure cost control.
- Ensuring target for food cost and wastages are achieved .
- Ensuring all sop’s are followed.
- Ensuring proper response is given to the operations team.
- Proper reporting of wastages
- Ensuring kitchen checklists and reports are filled correctly and updated in groups on time.
- Informing maintenance issues to Unit Head/Kitchen Manager Ensuring all the food materials are properly labeled with expiries and covered with cling wrap.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹13,000.00 – ₹18,000.00 per month
