EXL Looking For Contracts Administrators (LLB Degree mandatory) at Gurugram, Haryana, Full Time

Designation: Consultant

Location: Noida/Gurgaon/Bangalore

Work Mode: Hybrid

Shift Time: 2:00 PM to 12:00 PM

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret legal documents, financial reports and technical documents
  • Obtains proper approvals and signatures on all contracts
  • Maintains and updates as needed company standard blanket contracts
  • Work with vendors and key stakeholders to establish clear contract change control processes

Qualification and Experience:

  • 4-6 years of relevant vendor management / contract admin experience
  • Graduate, LLB mandatory
  • Candidate must be able to work confidently with internal customers of all levels, including Senior Management Level
