Duties and ResponsibilitiesForming and maintaining employee recordsMaintaining database updation for sales on daily basisHelping with various arrangements internally, from travel to processing expensesRespond to employees questions about benefitsGather payroll data like bank accounts and working daysMaintaining records with employees on a daily basis.Should maintain regular contact with employees and the management.RequirementsProven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitudeExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAttention to detailHigh school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plusFemale candidates are preferredJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftEducation:Master’s (Preferred)Experience:Admin: 1 year (Preferred)Total work: 1 year (Preferred)Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
