Responsibilities

• Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about our products
• Answering questions about products or the company
• Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
• Enter and update customer information in the database
• Take and process orders in an accurate manner
• Sourcing prospect customer data from sources online & offline
• Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information on CRM tools

Requirement

• Proven experience as Inside Sales Executive or other sales/customer service role
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota
• Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems
• Ability to learn about products and describe/explain them to prospects
• Excellent knowledge of English (Compulsory), Hindi(Compulsory) & Regional languages preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints

Work Hours
Mon-Friday- 09:30 am to 6:30 pm (Work from Office)
Saturday – Work from home

Work Location
Baner, Pune

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹21,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
