Full Job Description
· To sit in front office and handle visitors queries.· Direct visitors to the appropriate person / inform the appropriate person.· Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.· Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.· Maintenance & upkeep of the office space.· Responsible for all administrative tasks like travel management, hotel booking, vehicle management and other clerical duties.· Develop and maintain a filing system.· Monitoring & Ordering the office supplies (stationary, Housekeeping) and maintain the stock inventory reports.· Support during meetings/conference by purchasing/serving refreshments including attending visitors.· Courier Management – Receive, sort and distribute and dispatch daily courier deliveries and keep a track of the same.· Monitoring Logbook, Attendance Register, Outgoing Registers, Inward and outward Courier Registers etc.· Assist on any ad-hoc tasks as required.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per monthBenefits:Cell phone reimbursementSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience:Front desk: 3 years (Required)admin: 3 years (Required)Speak with the employer+91 9876543210
