FEPL Engineering Pvt Ltd Hiring for Instrument SS Tube Fitter at Navi Mumbai (New Mumbai), Maharashtra Full Time
Manufacturers of Oil Mist and Oil Purification Systems for the Refineries and Petrochemicals
Job Description:
1. To do all types of SS tubing work, including bending and fitting of SS Tubes
2. To visit various sites all over India or abroad basis for site work, related to tubing and other activities as per requirement
3. To keep proper record and usability of the equipment, fittings, tools, tackles, etc in the workshop
4. To keep a proper record of the items being brought in the workshop for fitting in various machines being developed
5. To assemble the machines being developed in the workshop, including the Oil Mist, Oil Purifier, portable base, etc
6. To prepare the packing material for items to be dispatched to various sites, against POs received from the customer
7. To coordinate with the store’s department for various spares/fittings/accessories/cables etc to be dispatched along with the Main Machine against POs received from the customer
8. Testing of the assembled machine to the required parameters before the TPI
9. To coordinate with the store’s officer for TPI of the material being dispatched against the PO received from the customer
10. Housekeeping to be absolutely thorough. No oil spillage on the floor,
11. Watering of the plants at the entrance of the workshop
12. Proper reconciliation of the items used and replacing them to their respective places after cleaning them
13. Common Scarp box to be made for broken and non-useable items.
14. Restroom to be kept in clean conditions, with a water supply and soap
15. Safety equipment like Boiler suit, goggles, etc to be worn at the time of working in the workshop, especially at the time of welding and grinding
16. The department to get themselves familiar with the store’s functions and responsibilities, such that in case of absence of stores officer, they should be able to perform the stores function satisfactorily.
17. Any other MISC job related to the office/ workshop or Directors or Directors residence/vehicle

Salary:
2.00 Lakh to 2.50 Lakh (Indian Rupees) per annum
