Reporting to: Lead Scientist, CMC (Formulation)

Location: Hyderabad, India

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in packaging engineering or PG Diploma in packaging technology preferred. Other relevant engineering or life sciences degrees are acceptable, in combination with experience.

Experience: Minimum 9 years of core experience in Pharmaceutical Packaging and Medical Devices.

Job Description:
Identification, development and evaluation of innovative and cost-effective packaging solutions meeting the acceptance criteria.

Planning, execution of day-to-day activities of packaging of development batches as per approved SOP’s.

Maintaining inventory of packaging materials (Primary and Secondary).

new vendor development and to find out new packaging material.

Preparation of study protocols, SOP’s, and study reports.

Implementation of department SOPs in daily activities.

Design, development and validation of change parts and packaging components.

To get prepared artworks from artist for product filing.

Developing and update on scientific and regulatory knowledge in packaging material and packaging solutions for products in development.

Preparation and review of packaging material specification, STP, master packaging card and other documents required to execution of packaging activities.

Packaging equipment handling and to keep lab all time ready for internal audits.
