Job DescriptionHR Coordinator- Past Experience with GreyTip HR Software is mandatory- Reviewing and Screening applications- Scheduling interviews- Checking Documents- Conducting Background check calls- Onboarding and introducing new employees- Rolling out offers- Coordinating with Recruitment consultants- Posting on Job Boards- Managing Recruitment Budget- Tracking attendance and leave applications- Working with Accounts team for salary calculations- Managing reimbursement claims of fuel, food, overtime expenses for employees if and when applicable.- Coordinating with HR, Training, Insurance and PF consultants- Coordinating with Bank in case of discrepancies or salary account opening needs- Providing relocation assistance to outstation candidates through finding brokers, information about the city and commute, etc.- Making travel booking for office related travel as and when required.- Managing employee needs in case of working requirements in office related to (systems, facilities or medical emergencies)Admin- Managing Facilities Staff- Ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of office premises- Managing Cafeteria and Pantry staff for tea, coffee, refreshments- Maintaining office and building premises by coordinating with respective vendors and staff.Front Office- Answering calls- Taking appointments- Scheduling Calls- Connecting Calls- Answering Emails- Ordering Office Supplies- Coordinating with vendorsCandidate Profile- Past Experience with GreyTip HR Software is mandatory- Good communication skills (Spoken + Written) in English and Hindi (Marathi an advantage)- Positive Attitude- Very systematic and highly organized, with attention to detail- Comfortable managing, working and coordinating with diverse set of people- Punctual, Friendly and Sincere- Minimum 1.5 Years Work Experience in similar role- Pune Based candidate only (preferably close to Bavdhan area)About UsAn Award-winning Digital Brand Management agency who love and live all things digital.
