About the team

This role is a part of our Remote Infrastructure Management Team. Review, analyze, develop, install, modify, maintain and/or support major subsystem software components in a large computing environment across multiple production data centers.

What you will be doing

Meets commitments and provides excellent customer service at all times with internal and external clients.

Provides status reports (written and/or verbal) that are detailed to tasks and difficulties encountered – enables managers to initiate escalation if necessary and assess areas where changes or additional support may be warranted.

Ensures issues resulting in customer outage is escalated appropriately through TSG management.

Assists application groups with design development that meet current and future business requirements:

Participates in logical design process of strategic projects and responsible for the physical design/implementation.

Provides specific direction on infrastructure design to support applications.

Participates as a member of development support team on projects.
What you bring:
Hands on support knowledge on all Server Hardware and console operations major in HP and Dell.

Experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2019/2017/2016/2014/2012

Knowledge on VMware Infrastructure Client, vSphere 5, Web Client and Virtualization – vSphere 5.x, 4.x

Experience with Microsoft OS 2016/2012/2008 & 2003 Microsoft SQL Server Administration, Patching and scripting

Scripting knowledge in PowerShell

Experience on Security Vulnerability Patch Management tools like SCCM or any other tools Hands on experience with ticketing tools and exposure on Incident and Service management

Certified in Microsoft and Virtualization

Good communication skills (verbal and written)

Should have good skills in MS Office
