Sr Associate, Fraud Investigator

• This position is responsible for conducting manual account registration review, perform risk assessment and linked analysis, cross-trains and supports other business unites as needed. A Fraud Specialist I, completes assigned tasks in a timely manner in order to meet SLAs, creates and applies various strategies to get through daily volume, assists in obtaining good contacts with FIs, contributes in building procedural documents for various Risk products.

• This position collaborates, supports and communicates well with individuals outside the team, including management, employees form other departments/locations as well as associates from any and all Financial Institutions.

Basic qualifications for consideration :

• Ideally possess a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or comparable work experience

• Possess excellent analytical, written and oral communications skills, Proficient in MS Office Applications

• Possess knowledge and experience in utilizing third party data sources, such as LexisNexis/TLO, Targus/Neustar, etc. and utilizing others fraud tolls and online resources to verify data, a plus.

• Quick- learner, self-starter, organized and able to multi-task, thrives in a fast-paced, production environment.

• 1-2 years Fraud Specialist Experience
