Roles and Responsibilities

1. Order processing, scheduling and monitoring for online orders

2. Coordinating with the various Account Manager of e-commerce portals.

3. Monitor and Prepare monthly report for sales and return report for all the portals individually.

4. Listing & uploading of catalogues, Pricing & Inventory Management of product on E-commerce websites/ portals

5. Creating & maintaining product content/features.

6. Managing the process of Catalog Refining (Descriptions/price/images/ latest updates) as per requirements.

7. Edit product portfolio and ensuring the product quality.

8. Strategizing for increasing online sales of the products.

9. Monitoring & planning of promotional activities at Marketplaces

10. Monitor online customer feedback and resolve queries

11. All other E-commerce related activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Naraina, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
