Position: Assistant Manager – Warehouse Operations, Noida

Roles & Responsibilities of the Role

• Control and manage inventory
• Oversee daily operation
• Enforce all the company rules and regulations
• Oversee receiving, warehousing and maitenance of operations
• Set up layout and ensure efficient space utilization
• Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security
• Manage stock and reconcile with data
• Recruit, select, training and motivate employees
• Achieving KPI’s
• Customer centricity
• Meeting Customer Expectations

Must have

• Proven work experiance as a warehouse manager
• Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices
• Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
• Strong knowledge of warehousing KPI
• Leadership skills and ability to manage staff’s
• Excellent communication skills
• More than 5 years experiance in warehouse operations
• Education qualification Graduation & System knowledge
