Role Summary:

• 15+ Years of total IT experience with a strong knowledge on various software stream with an ability to fit in different roles like Delivery Manager, Project Manager, Solution Architect etc. Currently Working as Global Delivery Manager with the responsibilities of Project Management, Software Development Management, Resource Management and Delivery Management.

STRENGTH:

• Managed and Architected very complex Projects

• Very strong knowledge on ERP, CRM, eCommerce as well as Engineering Functionalities

• Worked on developing customized functionalities in ERP

• Strong experience on CPQ Tools (Coding, Solution Architecting, Project Management)

• Quick learner with inborn talent to learn and work on new technologies within less time

• Highly experienced Scrum Master following Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Backlog Management, Retrospectives.

• Worked on many different domains and so able to work on any kind of domain

• Experience in managing large technical team involving multi-platform projects

• Worked on various process improvement projects

• Very strong knowledge on entire IT Project lifecycle

• Strong project management experience including budgeting

• Knowledge on ITIL processes

• Extensive experience on customer-facing role & Customer Facing Applications.

• Sound Knowledge on change control processes, proactive risk management, estimation techniques, project metrics, strategic planning

• • Result driven Solution Architect; with extensive experience in spearheading the management, design, development, implementation and testing of IT solutions. Recognized leader, applying high-impact technical solutions to major business objectives with capabilities that transcend IT operation boundaries. Adept at working with management to prioritize activities and achieve defined project objectives; able to effectively translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Business strategist: plan and manage multimillion-dollar projects aligning business goals with technology solutions to drive process improvements, competitive advantage and bottom-line gains. Strong in conceptualizing user scenarios, experience in handling multiple projects at a time, excellent in collaborating with all kind of customers especially US and Europe.

• Expert in agile and waterfall project management methodologies; Known for ability to produce high-quality deliverables that meet or exceed timeline and budgetary targets.
