FLY BAGNA Hiring for Travel Executive at India Full Time

Provide customer service to walk in, phone in, text in and live chat customer
Prepare quotation for enquiry including air ticket, tour, cruise and insurance and handling ground work.
Update itinerary for any queries.
In charge of operations include booking and confirmation, and issuing vouchers.

Providing upbeat Customer service: building a strong rapport with customers and coordinating follow-ups for packages, and any other sales opportunities

– Answering customer queries and building strong customer relations to evoke brand loyalty
– Exploring opportunities to promote the company
– Constantly brainstorming ideas to create a niche for flybagna in the travel market
Requirements:

– Tourism background preferred
– Strong communication skills
– Enthusiastic, self-motivated and self-orientated
– Able to work independently as well as with a team

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
