Job Description

Install and configure software and hardware.
Set up accounts and workstations.
Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements
Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, networks, servers, and virtualisation.
Install and upgrade computer components and software, manage virtual servers, and integrate automation processes.
Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritising problems, and assessing the impact of issues.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
Lead desktop and help desk support efforts, making sure all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions.

Qualifications

3 plus years experience in system administration
Preferably have experience in the VFX + Animation industry
Should be comfortable to work in shift
Experience in Linux is a must (At least above user level)
