Experience in technical support , ideally within the data analytics or business intelligence domain.

Proven experience troubleshooting and resolving software issues

Troubleshoot and diagnose a wide range of Alteryx issues, including workflow functionality, data connectivity, and configuration problems within system defined SLAs

Design and develop complex Alteryx workflows to automate data analysis processes and solve critical business challenges.

Utilize a wide range of Alteryx tools and techniques for data cleansing, manipulation, transformation, and analysis.

Integrate Alteryx with other data sources and applications to create a seamless data ecosystem.

Partner with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.

Develop and maintain robust and reusable Alteryx workflows, ensuring efficiency and scalability.

Stay up-to-date on the latest Alteryx features, updates, and best practices.

Document workflows effectively for knowledge sharing and future reference. (Optional: Contribute to internal training materials)
