Job Description:

This position primary responsibilities will be to engineer and support.

This Includes:

Core responsibilities include plan, implement, and support technical solutions related to Enterprise Search, Yammer and Delve.
Providing guidance/assistance to other areas that wish to leverage profiles stored in Delve.
This include working with site owners and customers to maintain and improve the environment.
Understanding technical components to be able to investigate/resolve issues.
Leading projects and operations support as well as working with Microsoft and other departments within Ford as necessary.
You will be responsible for projects from inception to implementation including monitoring, and preventative maintenance to provide a robust, stable Search & Yammer environment.
This position may also occasionally provide support for other O365 Collaboration Applications (such as SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Apps, Power Automate, MS Form).

Basic Qualifications/Skills:

PowerShell Experience.
Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint Search & Yammer administration experience.
Familiarity with SharePoint Patterns and Practices (PnP) Powershell commands
Good understanding of Azure-Active Directory and AD custom properties
Familiar with Cloud technologies and functionality.
SharePoint Search and search-based technologies knowledge.
Work with Bots and Third-Party applications.
Technology lifecycle Familiar with Agile and the Rally tools.
Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and work in constantly changing environment.
Foster good relationships with customers and vendors.
Solid foundation in architecture processes and documentation.
Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
Self-starter and the ability to come up with creative solutions.
Have a strong security first mentality.
Excellent critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications/Skills:

3 or more years’ experience with SharePoint Search administration and collaboration tool like Yammer & O365 Delve and its administration.
2-3 years’ experience with O365 Delve.
2-3 years’ Hands-on experience in PowerShell commands and Scripting
Hands-on experience TypeScript, JSON, React JS Node JS & CSS
Hands on in application development using with SPFx,UI designs using PnP Framework/customization
Experience in managing SharePoint farms 2013 / 2016/ 2019 / Online – Farm server configuration, Patching, IIS configs and troubleshooting
1 year with PnP PowerShell, Create/Update/Delete items in SP list through PnP.
2-3 years’ experience with SharePoint User Profile (AD custom properties, AD Sync to UPA).
Demonstrate technical expertise in SharePoint Search, Yammer and Delve technologies.
Experience with Bing for Work and Microsoft Search.
Experience in Search, Yammer, and Delve REST API’s Integration with third party apps
Knowledgeable in SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Apps and Power Automate functionality.
Experience collecting metrics and data analysis.

Education/Certification:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent qualification in a related field
Professional certification or equivalent work experience on specific technical hardware/software platforms is preferred.
