Ford Motor Company Hiring for Junior Engineer – MBSE at Chennai, India Full Time

  • Experience in developing system models for powertrain using Dymola/ GT-suite.

  • Experience in vehicle level plant model validation in Dymola/GT suite and cosimulation of models in MATLAB/Simulink environment.

  • Knowledge on Powertrain, HEV and BEV vehicles.

  • Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.

  • Dymola, GTSuite, Amesim, Vehicle Level Modeling and validation, Powertrain, HEV

  • Develop/Modify physical system model of various systems of vehicle namely powertrain (engine, transmission), electrical and thermal system model using Dymola/GT suite.

  • Model integration (FMU/Sfunction) and co-simulation of HEV/EV vehicle level model with MATLAB simulink.

  • Analysis of vehicle model behaviour with different drive cycles.B.E / B-Tech / M.E / M-Tech Engineering
