As part of Materials management platform modernization, legacy MRP would be migration to SAP PP for global sites.
Understand the current business process across all region
Understand the function of current Legacy MPR and associated systems
Work with various stakeholders to study transforming current process / legacy systems to Industry best standards / technology/ systems focused on SAP MM module
Deliver conference room pilots to understand the as-is to-be
Develop roadmap / map for transformation without impacting the operations
Deploy SAP S4 MM across various sites globally and integrate with both legacy & other best in breed applications
Coach / train the team on MM business process.
Provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
