Knowledge of supplier warranty systems, policies, processes

• Awareness of quality planning and execution tools

• Awareness of vehicle component commodities, functions and related features, part numbering

• Awareness of facilitation / negotiation / conflict management practices

• Awareness of business practices for processes / activities involving financial implications or outcomes

• Awareness of Ford vehicle development and manufacturing processes

• Be proficient in English when working with global team

Functional skills :

• Experience with quality systems and problem solving tools in areas of product quality / manufacturing processes

• Experience with data systems and analysis tools

• Experience with facilitating cross-functional teams in the resolution of issues

• 6-Sigma Green Belt certified

• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS-Excel
