- Manage students related information including absenteeism, fee submission and processing,
- timetable/teachers updates etc.
- Handle service calls of parents and students to resolve the issues.
- Supporting academic staff in service delivery – typesetting, hybrid learning tools,test/classroom material etc.
- Assist Branch Head, ABMs, Regional leadership with required reports.
