We are looking for a Female Personal Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company’s senior-level managers. Executive Assistant’s responsibilities include managing calendars, making travel arrangements and preparing expense reports. To be successful in this role, you should be organised, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance. And read to travel frequently as and when required.Responsibilities· Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners· Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner· Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings· Make travel and accommodation arrangements· Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports· Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports· Take minutes during meetingsRequirementsWork experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar roleExcellent MS Office knowledge with minimum 40 WPM computer typing speed in EnglishOutstanding organisational and time management skillsFamiliarity with office gadgets and applicationsExcellent verbal and written communications skillsDiscretion and confidentialityGraduate with minimum 1 years of relevant experience.Job Type: Full-timeJob Types: Full-time, Walk-InSalary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹45,708.00 per monthBenefits:Cell phone reimbursementFlexible scheduleProvident FundSchedule:Day shiftCOVID-19 considerations:Normal Covid-19 precaution, wearing mask.Experience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)Language:English (Preferred)Work Remotely:Temporarily due to COVID-19
