Frozen Iris Looking For Design Research (Business) Intern at Remote Full Time

We’re looking for a Business Design Research Intern who is a nonconformist, who believes in interdisciplinary frameworks & is passionate about fusing business strategy and design thinking. You will study markets, draw insights, translate them into business decisions, produce impact and forge new methodologies to improve the organisation’s systems and thinking.

If you’re creative & goal-oriented, we would like you to be part of our team and share innovative ideas to achieve our targets. You’ll be compensated between INR 10k – 15k per month, for a minimum period of 3 months, based on the expertise showcased in the interview process.

Responsibilities:

• Connect the design insights to business frameworks and collaborate with different teams to build systems to incorporate, inform and improve research-led processes
• Perform qualitative, quantitative and mixed-method research to validate the implementation of insights and its success in meeting the solution
• Create approaches and tools to support cross-disciplinary collaboration in the organisation
• Constantly engage in producing research outputs in terms of industry reports, white-papers and articles

What’s required?

• A final or pre-final year student from Business/Economics/Design/Humanities/related fields
• Curiosity & hunger for knowledge and perspectives
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Affinity with quantitative and qualitative research tools
• Eye for detail and Storytelling ability
• Independent thinker and a strong team player
