Job Description – Key Responsibilities

• P&L Ownership: Manage revenue, margin, and profitability targets for Gold and Lab-Grown Diamond Category
• Category Strategy: Define long-term and seasonal strategies for growth, market positioning, and customer engagement
• Pricing & Assortment: Develop competitive pricing strategies, optimize assortment, and ensure the right product mix across weight ranges, designs, and collections.
• Supplier & Vendor Management: Build and manage relationships with Buying Team to ensure consistent supply, quality, and competitive pricing
• Market & Trend Analysis: Track industry trends, gold price fluctuations, consumer demand, and competitor activity to guide decision-making.
• Demand Forecasting & Inventory Planning: Collaborate with supply chain and planning teams to ensure optimal stock levels, minimize dead inventory, and maximize sell-through.
• Promotions & Marketing: Work with marketing teams to plan category promotions, seasonal campaigns, and product launches aligned with consumer insights.
• Compliance & Quality: Ensure all products meet quality standards, hallmarking, certification, and ethical sourcing requirements.
• Reporting & Insights: Monitor KPIs (sales, margin, ASP, inventory turns, sell-through rates), and provide actionable insights to leadership.
