Job description

• Verify and Put in the Correct Quantity of Parts Into the Inventory System.
• Verify and Pull Out the Correct Quantity of Parts from the Inventory System.
• Confirm the Correct Issue of Materials to the Work Orders.
• Confirm the Presence of Move Tickets to the Next Process Along with the Material.
• Perform Cycle Counts of the System as per the Program.
• Be Accountable for all the Differences in the Audits
• Communicate all Discrepancies to Manager
• Document Non-conforming Products When Detected and Replace the Part.
• Complete and Maintain all Documentation in Hard Copies and in Computer
• Ensure that the Store is Always Maintained Up to Date in all Respects in a Presentable condition.
• Collect and Issue Kits and Report Shortages if Any to the Reporting Manager for Sourcing.
• Monitor the Dispatch and Receipt of Kits to the Production Floor and Take Account of Balance components.
• Receive Material and Create Grn s.
• Label the Materials Properly and Maintain the Correct Status of Stock Position At all Times.
• Be Able to Assess and Fix Reorder Levels as per Consumption Rate.
• Maintain the Store as Neat and Clean the Following 5s Principles.

requirement:

• Understand and Follow the Processes of Stock Issue and Receipt and Follow Them Diligently.
• good Knowleged Busy Software for inventory management.

Qualification : – Graduated

Exp: – 3 to 7 Years Same Industry

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
