Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold outreach.
Client Acquisition: Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and expand the company’s customer base.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify potential business opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue targets and business goals.
Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and support for business development efforts.
Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics. Provide regular updates to management.
Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve product offerings and services.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, with a track record of achieving targets.
Strong understanding of sales principles, market dynamics, and business strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
